Naimeen Fry (Kingfish)



Ingredients
250 gram(s) thick slices of king fish cleaned

1 tablespoon(s) lemon juice

salt to taste

1 tablespoon- kashmiri red chilli powder

½ teaspoon- black pepper corns

1/4 teaspoon- turmeric powder

8 nos - small onion chopped

small piece -garlic 'n ginger

curry leaves

Preparation
Grind the above ingredients to fine paste and marinate fish slices with the ground paste and keep it aside for 1 to 2 hrs.


Shallow fry in coconut oil. Garnish with lemon wedges and onion rings.

if my hubby sees this...whole monitor would be watering.. even tough belonging from a brahmin caste.. i learned how to cook non veg... as my hubby and kids drools over it..i would try ur meen fry...
