Valentine's Day Spl Gajar Ka Halwa !!





Ingredients:
Grated carrot 4 nos - medium size
Milk - 1/2 cup
Grated coconut(fresh) - 2 tbsp
Sugar - 10 tbsp
Ghee - 2 tbsp.
Dry fig fruit - 7 nos
Cardamom powder - 1/2 tsp.
Condensedmilk - 4tbsp



Method:
1. Saute grated carrot in ghee until raw smell disappears.
2. Add sugar, cardamom powder, chopped dry fig and continuously stir for 5-7 minutes.
3. Add milk and leave it closed for sometime.
4. Add grated coconut and condensed milk and keep stirring.
5. Decorate with remaining dry fruits and serve hot. (Optional- decorate with silver leaf).
Serve hot with vanilla icecream .

Gopi Manchurian :-)



Ingredients
-Cauli Flower(Medium)

-Corn Flour(4 Tsp)

-Soya Sauce (1 Tsp)

-Pepper Powder(1/2 Tsp)

-Salt to taste

-Tomato Sauce (1 1/2 Tsp)

-Corriander Leaves finely chopped

-Onion 2 medium finely chopped
- small piece ginger finely chopped

-Spring Onion(2)

-Green Chilli (2)



Preparation
Cook cauliflower with pepper, salt and lil soya sauce. Strain off the water and dip the cauli pieces in cornflour paste and deep fry. In a pan, saute onion and green chilly 'n ginger until the raw smell disappears. Add soya sauce, tomato sauce and the balance corn flour paste . And u may add the fried cauliflower and keep in simmer for few minutes. Garnish with chopped coriander leaves and spring onion.

NB : u may add kashmiri chilly pwd (optional), which will give it a totally new look.

Naimeen Fry (Kingfish)



Ingredients
250 gram(s) thick slices of king fish cleaned

1 tablespoon(s) lemon juice

salt to taste

1 tablespoon- kashmiri red chilli powder

½ teaspoon- black pepper corns

1/4 teaspoon- turmeric powder

8 nos - small onion chopped

small piece -garlic 'n ginger

curry leaves

Preparation
Grind the above ingredients to fine paste and marinate fish slices with the ground paste and keep it aside for 1 to 2 hrs.


Shallow fry in coconut oil. Garnish with lemon wedges and onion rings.
